Looking to rebound after a tough loss, the Yeshiva University Maccabees (6-4, 4-0) will travel up north to take on the Manhattanville Valiants (5-2, 0-0) in a Skyline Conference showdown at the Kennedy Gym. Facing their toughest conference opponent yet, the Macs will look to keep their undefeated conference record alive. The Valiants are looking to remain hot, entering today's game riding a three game winning streak. Leading the charge for Manhattanville are reigning Skyline Conference Player of the Week Ryan Giordano and Rookie of the Week Tony Hastings. Last year, the Valiants beat the Macs in the Skyline Conference Semi-final by a score of 71-57. The Macs will look to get their revenge and win this crucial Skyline Matchup.

Defensive Rotations:
The Valiants primarily run a dribble-drive offense, so the Macs will need to be perfect with their defensive rotations. The Macs have been sloppy on their rotations and have allowed a litany of dribble penetration this season, leading to many open shots by their opponents. To win this game, the Macs will need to figure out how to properly execute swift defensive rotations, close out Manhattanville’s shooters and box out consistently on the glass.
Rebounding:
In the Mac's loss to Amherst, they were flattened in the rebound battle 45-21. In today's game, they are facing a more even height matchup. Look for the Macs to bounce back after a tough game and at least match their opponent in rebounding numbers.
