Updated: Sep 2, 2019

With 17 seconds left in overtime, Avi Proctor caught a pass in the paint and got fouled hard. He calmly stepped to the line and knocked down both free throws, tying the game up at 61. On the other end, YULA drove up the court. Joseph Sassoon found Albert Fallas, who came off a Nicki Schlanger screen. Fallas caught the bounce pass and drained a jumper at the buzzer, giving YULA the victory.

The YULA Panthers started off the game scorching hot. They went on a 15-2 run to start the first quarter. TABC started clawing their way back and ended the quarter down 18-10. YULA took a 26-22 lead into the half, but the Storm played their way to a 39-33 lead at the end of three quarters.

Noam Meisels finally tied the game for the Panthers and then hit a three to give them the lead with 45 seconds remaining. Akiva Hain made a free throw and then forced a turnover and Avi Proctor made two free throws to tie the game with 21 seconds left. Joseph Sassoon would then miss a three pointer at the buzzer, sending the game to overtime.

YULA came out strong in overtime as well. TABC was down five points with under a minute to go in overtime, but Avi Proctor made two straight layups, before tying the game up at the line. Fallas hit the ensuing jumper and YULA won 63-61.

YULA will advance to the 5th place game vs. the Frisch Cougars and TABC will face Maimo in the 7th place game.
