Following their demoralizing 58-39 Tier I loss at the hands of the two-seed and reigning champion Valley Torah Wolfpack, the fifteenth-seeded TABC Storm looked to pounce on the opportunity to reassert themselves for the Tier II bracket taking their home floor on Friday against the eighteenth-seeded Mesivta Mustangs.
Feeding off a raucous home crowd, the Storm put on a clinical display while never relinquishing their early lead and would send the school into Shabbat happy with a comfortable 70-43 demolition of Mesivta.
Netanel Benloulou of TABC led all scorers with 20 points, while Ayden Gurin added 11.
