The top four seeds do not play on Thursday, and automatically qualify to Tier I. They will play in the Tier I quarterfinals on Friday.

Losers of the Tier I qualifying games move to Tier II; losers of the Tier II qualifying games move to Tier IV and do not play again until Saturday night.
