Order of finish, all-tournament teams, and all-stars sourced from MacsLive's own tournament recap coverage each year. Some years' final field fell short of the current 21-team capacity (or a placement game went unplayed due to scheduling), which is reflected here rather than padded out. The 2020 tournament (announced as the 29th Annual) was postponed by COVID-19 and never played; there was no 2021 edition.
